Holistic Healthcare Network Bylaws

  • Members are to have an interest in complementary therapies and or health care to join the HHN
  • New members may attend up to two network gatherings before committing to membership
  • New members are required to complete a membership application form for approval by committee, payment must be made upon application
  • HHN Membership Fee will be reviewed annually – the current annual membership fee is $20
  • Financial year for HHN is July 1st to June 30th
  • Venue hire for HHN gatherings require a gold coin donation for each event
  • Management committee consists of 4 office bearing members (chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, treasurer) plus two additional members
  • General committee consists of office bearing members plus minimum three financial members
  • All members are welcome to any general meetings, notice will be given to all members
  • Any purchases by any member made on behalf of HHN must be given pre-approval or reimbursement may not occur
  • Any requests, concerns or ideas need to be made in writing or presented to the general committee
  • All financial members are recorded on a shared membership list for member use only
  • Subcommittees will be created from time to time, all members are welcome and encouraged to nominate for positions
